What Are Hytrol Conveyors?If you're interested in hytrol conveyors, then you might already know how good the Hytrol company is. Since they have their own stockyard, there, they can offer a wide assortment of already-built conveyors for your use. When you consider hytrol conveyors, their material handling conveyors, such as their model TA Medium-duty Belt, is a versatile to use because it can be used to sort, pack or inspect as the conveyor belt can come in any width from six inches to thirty. The formed steel slider bed is powder painted. The maximum load that it can handle is seventy-five pounds per-linear-foot, so don't exceed that rating. It can be set up quickly, so it'll save installation time. It's good for any kind of assembly line operations. If you can't afford new conveyor systems, try using Google to search for "used conveyors". Hytrol conveyors are one of the best conveyor belt manufacturers out there. When you're considering hytrol conveyors, the model TL is a heavy-duty belt unit that's very similar in function to their TA unit except that it is a bit more rugged. It's ideally used for any assembly line operation that's long. It can either be supported on the floor with its supplied legs, or you can hang it from the ceiling. It can handle up to 100 pounds per linear foot. It's reversible if you use center drive. The belt widths are 24" through 48", so they're wider than with the TA unit. When you look at hytrol conveyors, their Gapper - Power Belt Gapping, is a power conveyor that is designed to feed saw tooth merges, sorters, combiners or any other equipment where gaps have to be pulled between cartons. It has a twelve-gauge slider pan that's mounted in 6 1/2" x 12 gauge powder-painted formed frame. There are six speed gap ratios, and it's center drive, which is standard. The one horsepower motor gives it strength with 3 HP being the maximum it can take. If you are considering a pneumatic conveyor, their 30 degree plows divert a product from the main conveyor lien to a spur line. This mounts under the bed on powered belt or live roller conveyors. The air cylinder has a 2" bore; it's double-acting with a six-inch stroke. Minimum pressure to get it going is 60 PSI and 100PSI for 162 cu ft. The valve is a single solenoid four-way valve that runs off a regular 120Volts, 60 Hz line with an incredibly low .09 amp rating. |
